Q: Is there a best time to buy? |

| A: Oil may be cheaper in the summer when the demand is lower. In the depths of a cold winter (at home or in Europe) prices may rise as does demand. |

Q: Does the quantity I order make a difference to the price? |

| A: Yes, larger quantities such as 2,300 litres (500 gallons) are cheaper and it helps us if you always order the largest quantity possible or if you wish, simply ask us to "Top up the Tank". |

Q: What is the best way to pay? |

A: Debit card is our preferred method of payment. We do accept all credit cards. |

| Q: What about tanks and boilers? |
| |
| A: Steel tanks are the cheapest to buy but they rust and need regular painting. Revolutionary new plastic tanks are much more attractive, they never need painting and are guaranteed for ten years. Similar progress has been made in the design of oil boilers. Modern ones are small, very efficient and use up to 20% less oil than older models. Fitting a new oil boiler or replacing gas, coal or electric heating can pay for itself in a few years. We recommend, supply and fit Harlequin Tanks although we can supply fuel tanks from other manufacturers. |

Q: Who will service my boiler? |

| A: A CPS Approved OFTEC qualified heating engineer. They will provide thorough and conscientious boiler servicing with quality workmanship at reasonable prices. Engineers who keep to appointment times, respond quickly to breakdowns and guarantee all their work. Ask us for the approved engineer in your area. |

| Q: Who do you turn to for help when your central heating breaks down? |

| A: It can happen at any time - the boiler fails - the pump stops or it may be an electrical fault. CPS Service Engineers can take care of all these eventualities and give you secure warmth and peace of mind.

Q: Aren't all Oil distributors basically the same? |

A: Broadly speaking they are, but many are owned by the major oil companies and can only sell their oil. Others, like ourselves, are independent local companies who can
secure their supplies. This ensures that we always have
oil available to you by being an authorised
distributor. |
