Complaints Handling Policy & Procedure
We are committed to providing a high-quality fuel delivery service to all our customers and clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within three working days and hope to have the complaint resolved in a timely manner. If you are not happy with the length of time it is taken please contact the HSE/Q Manager.
What will happen next?
1. We will contact you via phone acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it.
2. We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be done by the department head or maybe passed to our HSE/Q Manager, who will review your account memo file and speak to the member of staff/delivery driver of who the complaint has been made against.
3. The Department Head or the HSE/Q Manager will discuss and hopefully resolve your complaint. S/he will do this within 14 days. Some Complaints may take longer due to nature of the complaint.
4. Any agreement with you will be noted on your account along with any recommendations or credits.
5. Should you not be satisfied, you should contact us again and discuss the complaint further explaining why you are dissatisfied. The Department Head or HSE/Q Manager will take this into further consideration and hopefully the Complaint will be resolved at this stage. The Account will be updated with this New Information.

On receiving the complaint you will receive a final response from us about your complaint within 14 days.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our final response to your complaint, you can refer your complaint to UtilitiesADR, a division of Consumer Dispute Resolution Limited, who is authorised by the Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution service for consumer disputes (competent authorities and information) regulations 2015, to provide an independent review of complaints and dispute resolution services. You will need to refer your complaint to UtilitiesADR within 12 months after our final response.
