In March CPS Fuels teamed up with TrustPilot to collect reviews and feedback on our fuel ordering and delivery service. Our rating was 8.2 at the start of April but we have worked hard to improve all elements of our customer and delivery service by listening to the feedback received and acting on your suggestions.
This week our total reviews clicked over 1234 and our rating rose to an "Excellent" 9 allowing us to display TrustPilot's 5 stars.
We get a warm feeling inside when customers say nice things about us, and your reviews drive us to try harder everyday, delivering more than just fuel, but the best service we can as well. Some highlights from this weekend have been:
David W about his First Fuel delivery
"Thank you for a very good service, very polite and efficient delivery driver.
The driver rang for instructions on location and gave an estimation of how long he would be until he arrived, he arrived 3 minutes before his estimated time. The whole delivery took less than 15 minutes, he cleaned any drips from the nozzle, put pipes away, then brought my invoice to sign. Job done!
One other thing, I was told it could be up to 10 days for delivery, my fuel was delivered in 4 days. Thank you CPS."

"When I ordered the oil I spoke to a very nice lady, who made me feel like a valued customer, even though I had not ordered oil from yourselves before.
Oil was delivered within a few days of ordering.

Publishing timely and honest feedback where our service has not met our customers’ expectations also gives all customers reassurance that we not only value their opinions, but also act quickly to resolve issues.
