Dear Customer
All of the team at CPS Fuels would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused over the past few days with our oil deliveries.
The weather conditions we have seen have caused unprecedented levels of disruption across the country, and we have tried our upmost to ensure all oil deliveries are completed on time. The A140 is a key distribution link for us with 70% of our fuel coming into us via this route & over 60% of our delivery tankers use this daily.
We have attempted to provide regular updates via our website and social media channels to keep you up to date with the situation. Our sales team has also seen a dramatic increase in calls to our offices, and has gone above and beyond to ensure as many customers as possible are dealt with in the expected CPS way.
We understand that everybody expects his or her oil to be delivered on time, especially at the time of greatest need. We are continuing to schedule deliveries in the order, and service level requested or paid for, at the time of order, prior to this unexpected disruption.
On behalf of CPS Fuels we would like to thank all of our loyal customers who continue to trust us to deliver oil for them, the knock on effects of this disruption have been widespread and we will continue to work hard to ensure our customers inconvenience is minimised to the best of our abilities.
Yours Faithfully
Maria - on behalf of all the team at CPS Fuels
